 The delivery include (please check):

• Installation and operation instruction K0 –Junior K0-Junior in cabinet
• with pump, incl. 180 ° outlet pipe               
• Pump description
• Installation and operation instruction K0 –Junior

Installation (Photo 1)

• Remove the thread protection on in- (2) and outlet (1) and connect by pipelines/hoses to the water supply.
• Fill up the pump with water, as described in the manual
• After filling only, turn on pump power supply 220/ 240 V Photo 1

Installed connections  

• Water inlet to pump (Photo 1/ No. 2) : Inside threads R 1 1/4“
• Water outlet (Photo 1/ No. 1) : External threads ISO 7 – R 3/4“ (180 ° outlet pipe)
• Air inlet (Photo 2/ No. 3) : Inside threads 1/4“ (attached to the reactor bottom)
• Secure to fill-up the pump before start of operation (as described in the pump manual).

Adjustment – already set by the manufacturer

if however required: 

Outlet – adjustment unit (Photo 3):

• To adjust the outlet, loosen the lower contra thread nut. (Photo 3/ No. 1, TS/SW 32-nut).
• Turn then the upper nut tight into the adjustment unit and then slowly back until a clear air beam is visible inside the above pipe (Photo 3/ No. 2 TS/SW 32-nut).
• Secure that the AQUA HP-SYSTEM has a constant free and unrestricted outlet operation, without any pressure loss.

Disassemble

After disassemble, empty the AQUA HP-SYSTEM and pump and replace the protection cowers on the in- and outlets. Subject to technically improvements, this description may be changed accordingly.
