The powerful water surface tension reduction is the primary conditioning factor, reducing the production time in the cheese brines by up to 20% to 25%. As calcite is total dissolved by the chemical salt exchange, this application proves an unique different technique and performance of the Aqua Correct conditioning, compared to the common physical treatment products, limited to lime scale deposit prevention only.

The unique reduction of the water surface tension improves the properties of all water-based emulsions and fluids. By reducing the binding forces in the water, the dispersion and solution increase due to the water properties as an emulator are improved. Physical proportional and, without adding any chemicals, the binding forces of calcium crystals is dissolved and lime scale prevented.
