One incorrect installation may do harm to the client, but is
far more destructive to our reputation. Therefore under no
circumstances shall we supply a product to a customer who does
not undertake to install the product correctly.
Satisfied customers are our best
advertisement. Therefore under no
circumstances shall we supply a product to a customer if we are
not completely satisfied there is a viable and significant benefit
to the customer.
